If you have tried to purchase a copy of our software with a coupon code attached and you are getting an error, please let us know via Support Request.

Some coupons are designed to expire for promotional reasons. Others expire due to limits set by our distributors and we have to manually reset them. We usually keep on top of these but sometimes a weekend passes when we miss it.
