There currently isn't a direct method to sync Pocket Informant from one device to another.  However, each device can be configured to sync Pocket Informant to the same system.  For example, Pocket Informant on an iPhone and an iPad can be configured to sync to the same Google Calendar / Toodledo accounts.  Pocket Informant on a Blackberry, and an Android can both sync to the same Outlook account.
