FlexMail lets you choose what folders to sync and how each folder syncs. Simply tap/hold on the Account name in the Folders list for Pocket PC or select an account and then press the right Menu Soft key to get the Folders context menu and then choose Server Folders to get access to this feature.



From here you can choose what folders to sync and how to sync them. Select the checkboxes at the bottom and press Menu->Details to get the details of how to sync for that folder including how many days to download, bytes to download, and more.

With FlexMail 4 the interface has improved and the options have improved greatly as well.
