How to best help figure out any issues with sync

1) Settings->Help->Logging->Clear Log
2) Settings->Advanced->Logging->Sync Logging
3) Reproduce the sync issue
4) Settings->Help->Logging->Send Log - please provide a description or link to forum post or something to help us know what to look for.
