Errors such as: 0x80080005 (“Server execution failed”) and 0x80010001 (“Call was rejected by callee”) are normally due to Integrity level mismatch between Outlook and WebIS Desktop Sync. Another cause (but less likely) is an Outlook installation problem, that can be fixed using the “Office Diagnostics” Outlook menu command.
This is ultimately a COM issue. Either Outlook is already running as Administrator or WebIS Sync was started as administrator so the processes have different integrity level, or it’s a COM timing issue that cannot be solved by the message filter recently added, as explained here
