If FlexMail does not show all your folders in Server Folders dialog please make sure that "Show Only Subscribed Folders" setting is unchecked in IMAP-specific settings of your account. If it was checked please uncheck it, then open Server Folders dialog and select Refresh command. After this all your folders should appear in the tree.
