If you can obtain a connection via Wifi or ActiveSync but receive an  "Connection the "The Internet" failed: No path to the destination could be found. Error Code: #00000024" error when connecting via GPRS/3G, uncheck the proxy setting in your Connections control panel Applet (in your device settings). In WM6.x, its found in the advanced tab > Edit button under "Programs that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using: dropdown, then the Proxy tab.
