Logging within FlexMail allows us to see the commands FlexMail sends to the server and the responses (but no email content). If FlexMail is performing incorrectly we can use the log to see the context of the problem and fix the issue.
To turn on logging open the Application Settings and check the logging checkbox. Then save and quit FlexMail. Start FlexMail again and perform the action that you are trying to report. When it occurs, quit FlexMail. The log file is located in the Data directory where FlexMail is installed, typically in \Program Files\WebIS\FlexMail\Data. Support would need both the "WebISMail.log" and "WebISMail.bak" files.
