Our licensing is simple. Look at the legalese to see the final word on the matter, but the simple version is this. We license per person/email address. If you have 5 PDAs - your copy of Pocket Informant is licensed on all 5. You can switch PDAs as often as you like, etc...

If you want to get a license for your spouse, a friend, or someone else - that does require a second license. However, we do offer Friend and Family promotions. Contact our sales department for more information at this time.

If you have lost your license and need it re-emailed to you, you have a few options. Some of our distributors give us your information when you purchase our software and as such you can use our registration site
http://webis.net/support_register.php and enter your email address. If you cannot find your information there you will want to find out which site you purchased our software from and ask them to resend the key code to you.

One wrinkle to this is that we sell our software based on platform so for example Pocket Informant for Pocket PCs is not the same product license-wise as Pocket Informant for Smartphones or Pocket Informant for BlackBerry. They are separate products.

Also starting in December of 2007 our desktop installers (one by one as we update our software) include a way for you to register your serial number and email address with us so we can provide this lookup support for you as well.
