WDS: Error code 0x80080005
This error (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE ) can be related to many problems, but the most common is running Outlook and WDS at different integrity levels.
- WDS: Error code 0x800706be
0x800706be “The remote procedure call failed.” This is a COM error and in this specific case it is an error from Outlook Object Model, it was unable to initialize MAPI. MAPI is the interface used to access the Outlook PST data.

WDS supports Unicode characters sets. Everything within WDS and Pocket Informant is stored in UTF-16 and transferred over the wire in UTF-8. However logging by WDS is done as an ANSI file.
